Navratri Special, Kala Chana Ki Sabji Recipe: The holy festival of Navratri is going on and today is Shashthi Day. Ashtami and Navami have special significance in Navratri. Material (Navratri Special, Kala Chana Ki Sabji Recipe)

  • Black gram – 1 cup
  • Desi ghee -2-3 tablespoons
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Green chilly -1-2 (chopped)
  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – As per taste
  • chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Coriander leaves – To decorate

Method (Navratri Special, Kala Chana Ki Sabji Recipe)

  • First of all, soak black gram in water overnight. The next day wash them well and keep them on the flame.
  • Heat desi ghee in a pan and add cumin and asafoetida to it and add tempering.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili to the tempering and fry for a while. Now add turmeric and red chili powder and mix well.
  • Now add black gram and add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, so that the gram becomes well softened.
  • When black gram boils, add salt and mix it well.
  • Finally, decorating with coriander leaves, offer this black gram offerings to Maa Durga and serve at the female banquet.
