According to the advice, which included specifics, the UPPCL has simplified the bill payment process and clients no longer need to choose their specific discom in order to pay their bills. The authority said that clients may pay simply by selecting UPPCL and their district name while completing transactions.

It said that after choosing UPPCL and their district, customers just need to provide their account number. It also said that the most recent modification has made the payment procedure simpler and that the payment would be finalized after the customer has filled out all required information.

It emphasized that the procedure would work with all of the widely used digital payment systems and that UPPCL’s official website already has the functionality. According to the statement, the capability was added to mobile applications since many users prefer to pay using them.
