The government said that it would facilitate the surveys by making the data of these properties and homes available on the official website. It went on to say that the digitization of the records will help resolve a number of long-running property disputes.

The next goal, according to the registration agency, is to digitize five crore registered papers from 1908 to 1990. It said that an agency has already been chosen for the project and that they should start working on it shortly.

In addition, the recommendation noted that the department met its income goals for the previous fiscal year. According to the report, the registration department met 102% of its income goal for the 2024–2025 fiscal year.

The department was able to collect a total of Rs 7648 crore, even though the objective was Rs 7500 crore. This goal, which was set at seven thousand crore rupees for the fiscal year 2023–2024, was met to the tune of six thousand 170 rupees.

The advice included specifics, stating that there are 140 registration offices operating in the state at the moment. Three more offices were established in 2025; however, there are already 102 sub-registrar offices operating alongside the registration office in each of the 38 districts. It said that similar offices have been established at Paliganj (Patna), Sonvarsha (Saharsa), and Veerpur (Supaul).
