Material (Elaichi sharbat recipe)
- Cardamom (small)-4-5
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar-2-3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Mint leaves – a little bit
- Snow pieces – as per requirement
Method (Elaichi sharbat recipe)
- First of all, grind cardamom well or crush a little by using a pestle (mortar).
- Now add 1 cup of water in a pan and put ground cardamom in it and keep it to boil.
- When the cardamom boils well in the water, add sugar to it and boil the sugar until it dissolves completely.
- When the color of the syrup becomes slightly darker and smells from it, then filter it and take it out in a glass.
- Now add lemon juice and mix it well. If you want, you can also add some mint leaves to it, so that the syrup will be filled with freshness.
- Allow the syrup to cool down and then serve by adding ice pieces.
