Pamban sea bridge: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has dedicated the country's first Vertical Lift Sea Bridge to the country to connect India and Rameswaram Islands. With the help of this bridge, railway connectivity will be better. Let us tell you that this vertical bridge is built on the 2,070 meter long railway track passing through the sea and the length of this vertical bridge is 72.5 meters, which can be lifted up to 17 meters above. By doing this, big ships can pass easily.
Rameswaram Jyotirlinga is located on the island of Rameswaram, due to which many people go here. Talking about the cost of Pamban Sea Bridge, this bridge has been prepared for 550 crores and this bridge is a 72.5 meter long vertical lift span, which can be picked up up to 17 meters. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated this bridge today.

Pamban Sea Bridge is made in the sea and is made from stainless steel to keep it in better condition in every type of season. A better type of paint has been done on this bridge, due to which there is no rust. Also, welding has been used to connect parts of the bridge.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, Tamil Nadu Governor R.K. N. Ravi, State Finance Minister Thangam Thenarasu and other persons were present on the occasion. Ravi, Thenarasu, Union Minister of State L Murugan, BJP's Tamil Nadu unit K.K. Senior BJP leaders, including Annamalai, H Raja and Wildathi Srinivasan, welcomed Modi warmly when they came from Sri Lanka.
