UP News: Details of the Special Service Camp That BSNL Will Hold in Lakhimpur for SIM Upgrades and Complaint Resolution

The goal of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited’s (BSNL) Customer Service Month, which runs until April 30, is to improve customer satisfaction, guarantee dependability, and fortify direct customer interaction. This national program seeks to enhance overall service quality and quickly address service-related problems.

BSNL will engage in a number of initiatives this month, such as:

-Setting up camps for grievance resolution at customer service locations

-Starting local initiatives to address persistent grievances

-Continuous service enhancements via proactive network quality monitoring

-Faster internet connectivity with the quick installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) connections

-Digital outreach to answer questions from customers and spread awareness

Transparency, accountability, and customer pleasure are the cornerstones of this customer-focused approach. In addition to resolving current service problems, BSNL is making sure that new services and pertinent information are promptly available.

Residents will be able to access all BSNL services in one location on April 7 at a special customer care camp organized by BSNL Lakhimpur as part of this initiative.

The camp will provide:

-Registration of a new mobile number

-SIM card replacement (for SIMs that are misplaced or malfunctioning)

-Fiber broadband (FTTH) reservations

-4G SIM upgrades

-Technical complaint resolution

-Redressing billing issues

“The special camp is a step towards making services more accessible and efficient for consumers,” said DGM Jagdish Kumar. Customers in the Lakhimpur area are encouraged by BSNL to come in big numbers and take advantage of this chance to get their problems fixed.
