Sattu laddu रेसिपी:Many foods are made from Sattu, which are quite popular. Usually people are seen enjoying Sattu's litti, paratha and syrup. Have you ever tasted the laddus of Sattu, if not, do not miss it now. This is a very good dish for summer. They are very tasty to eat. Along with this, they are also considered beneficial for health. They are rich in nutrients like carbohydrade, fiber, protein and sodium. They help in losing weight. It is also effective in improving digestion and controlling blood pressure. They are also considered better for skin and muscles. The recipe for making them is very easy and they are ready in minutes.

�सामग्री (Ingredients)

Sattu – 200 grams

Jaggery – 150 grams

Ghee – 100 grams

Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon

Dry Fruits-3-4 Tsp

�विधि (Recipe)

First of all, keep the gas on the gas and put the pan and add ghee to it.

– Then when the ghee melts, put Sattu in a pan and fry it on low flame.

– When it becomes golden and starts smelling from it, turn off the gas.

Now keep Sattu on the side to cool and fry them all by cutting all dry fruits.

– Now mix dry fruits in Sattu. Also add ground sugar and cardamom powder.

– Then mix Sattu in a good way with a spoon and make laddus with the help of hands.

– If you start breaking while making laddus, then you can use water on the palm.

– If you do not want to use ground sugar, then you can make laddus by mixing sugar syrup.
