Material:
- Cabbage
- Rice flour
- Salt
- red chilli
- Garlic
- Green chilly
- Gram flour
- Cornflower
- Turmeric
- Cumin
Action:
- To make cabbage bread, first wash the cabbage and cut it finely or grate it.
- Then add garlic, green chillies, ginger and cumin seeds to a mixer jar and grind them finely.
- Add the prepared paste to the cabbage mixture and mix. Then add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and garam masala as per taste and mix well.
- Then add gram flour, rice flour and cornflour as required and mix well. If the prepared mixture is more thick, then add water as required and knead the dough properly.
- Apply oil on a plate, arrange the cabbage mixture in a vertical shape and place it on a warm plate to steam it. After cooking the roll of cabbage in steam, cool them.
- Cut the roll of cabbage into pieces with the help of a knife and fry it. Cabbage bread made in a simple way is ready.
