Morning time is the most sensitive time for the body, when the intestines are completely empty and are ready to absorb nutrition completely. In such a situation, if wrong things are eaten on an empty stomach, then it can damage the intestines and digestive system.

1. Drinking tea or coffee on an empty stomach

2. Consumption of Citrus Fruits
