Gold and silver prices continue to swing in Jaipur's bullion market, leaving both investors and buyers on edge. After witnessing record-breaking drops recently, today again, gold prices declined by ₹700, while silver prices saw a rebound, increasing by ₹600 per kilogram. Experts are predicting that the volatility may persist in the coming days.

📉 Gold Prices Fall, But Silver Shows Strength

According to the Jaipur Sarafa Traders Association, the price of pure gold has dropped by ₹700 today, bringing it to ₹90,400 per 10 grams. Similarly, jewelry-grade gold now costs ₹84,200 per 10 grams, also down by ₹700.

On the other hand, silver, which recently suffered a massive dip of over ₹10,000 in just three days, has started recovering. After rising ₹500 yesterday, silver prices jumped again by ₹600 today, now trading at ₹92,200 per kilogram.

🔄 What’s Causing This Price Fluctuation?

Jeweler Puranmal Soni explained that due to Malmas (an inauspicious period) and global market uncertainty, demand for both gold and silver has declined. However, the recent fall in prices has sparked interest among wedding season buyers, who are now finding the market favorable for jewelry purchases.

Despite the price drop, experts warn that the market might witness further correction. As demand remains low globally, both gold and silver rates might continue to dip in the short term, before rising again as wedding season demand kicks in.

🛍️ Good News for Wedding Shoppers

With auspicious wedding dates starting in April, many are seeing this price dip as the perfect opportunity to shop for gold and silver jewelry. The high prices over the last few months had caused concern, but the current dip is a relief for many buyers.
