The emphasis is on cops who have been harshly punished numerous times in the last ten years, officers who have been found guilty of corruption twice or more in the previous five years, and officers who have been placed in the same place again despite proved accusations.

Additionally, the team will look at recurrent medical leave reports, administrative transfers that have occurred more than three times in a ten-year period, frequent transfer requests, and those who have filed for NOCs to move departments more than ten times. Workers who have brought departmental lawsuits will also be closely examined, especially those with headquarters in Lucknow.

The team will be led by Rajnikant Mishra, the Electricity Service Commission’s secretary and superintending engineer. The coordinating member is Rajendra Verma, a PA and Executive Engineer in the Hydroelectricity Chief Engineer Office.

Personnel Officer Jaya Singh, Assistant Engineers Pankaj Gupta and Akhilesh Bhaskar, and Executive Engineers and Deputy Secretaries Ravi Kumar and Anuj Seth are among the other members.
