In the video, the 54-year-old actor is telling that to lose weight, he ate only such foods which were good for his health. He neither did any workout nor did he run, he did not even undergo surgery or take medicine. He lost weight in 21 days by focusing only on food.
In this video, Madhavan shared his routine and said that he took food like drinking and water like chewing. This means that he used to chew every bite 45-60 times so that it becomes swallowable like water. This helps in digesting food quickly and provides nutrition. He drank water in sips so that the body remains hydrated.
How was dinner time
R Madhavan told that he does intermittent fasting. It is helpful in weight loss and weight maintenance. He used to have his last meal of the day at 6:45 pm. He did not eat anything raw after 3 pm. His food was well cooked. He consumed enough liquids and used to eat green vegetables and easily digestible foods.
R Madhavan's routine
Actor R Madhavan neither goes to the gym nor does any exercise, but he wakes up early every morning and goes for a long walk. Sleeping early at night is also his fixed routine. He stops looking at the screen or using the phone at least 90 minutes before sleeping. All these habits helped him in reducing his weight.
