Curd – 250 grams
Onion – 1
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi – 1/4 T Spoon
Green chili chopped – 4
Turmeric – 1/4 T Sprinks
Faded boondi – 1/2 bowl
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Salt – as per taste

To make yogurt and onion vegetables, first of all add curd in a vessel and churn it.
After this, put oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and add tempering.
– Before this, cut the onion into slices and keep it. When cumin seeds start to crackle, add onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
– When the color of onion turns brown, add finely chopped green chili and fry it. After about a minute, put curd in the onion mixture and let it cook for 5-6 minutes.
After this, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste and mix it well in the vegetable with the help of karchhi.
Then add faded boondi, garam masala and kasuri fenugreek to the vegetable and mix. Cook it while stirring for a while and then turn off the gas. Curd onion vegetable is ready.
