The Delhi government on Tuesday approved the existing electric vehicle policy to continue for the next 3 months. Delhi's Transport Minister Pankaj Singh said in a press conference on Tuesday that there is no ban on the autorickshaw. Nor is the government going to ban any other category vehicle.
He said that the government wants to do a lot of work for the common people. Therefore, all of them will be included with the new revised EV policy. However, it is so clear that there is no ban on the auto. Neither the government has a proposal to ban any other category vehicle. Right now the EV policy that is implemented in Delhi will continue the next 3 to 4 months.
