In the clip a young Oberoi can be seen wearing a cool attire with his summer shades on. He used to do radio shows and his charming physique earned him some modelling aspects as well in the late 1970s. He made his Bollywood debut in 1977 with Jeevan Mukt. One role that makrked a milestone for him was the character of a police inspector in 1908 release Phir Wahi Raat. His notable works inlcude- Laawaris Namak Halal Kaamchor and Vidhata among others. He received National Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in Mirch Masala in 1985. He was last seen in Ranbir Kapoor Anil Kapoor Rashmika Mandanna starrer blockbuster Animal that was release in 2023. He essayed the character of Rajdheer Dodamal Singh aka Dadaji. His son Vivek Oberoi made it big in the industry but now is mostly invested in his business ventures.
