Material:

• Mango juice
• Rice flour
• Tight coconut
• Jaggery
• cardamom powder
• Paste
• Nutmeg powder
• Ghee
• Salt
• Finely chopped cashews and almonds

Action:

• To make mango juice modak, first heat ghee in a pan and add grated coconut and fry it well.
• Then add jaggery and 2 or 3 teaspoons of mango juice and mix.
• After mixing coconut in mango juice well, add cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and poppy seeds and mix well.
• Once again heat a bowl of water in another pan, add mango juice and rice flour and mix well.
• Then add salt as per taste and cook the rice flour in steam. After cooling the dough, knead it thoroughly and knead soft dough.
