Holy Guacamole

Ingredients:

60 ml Tequila Blanco

15 ml Lime Juice

15 ml Coconut Milk

15 g Guacamole

15 ml Rich Syrup

¼ pinch Sea Salt

Method: Clarified

Garnish: Guacamole Tart

Glassware: Lowball

Ice: Clear Rock

Taste Profile: Earthy, Rounded

Cultural Note:

Avocados, revered for over 10,000 years since the Aztec era, were celebrated at harvesting festivals. Known as an ancient aphrodisiac, the fruit of the ‘ahuacuatl’ tree symbolized abundance and vitality.

20 ml Green Tea & Green Apple Syrup

10 ml Pickle Juice

10 ml Lime Juice

10 ml Milk

Ice: No Ice
