Material (Summer Special, Mango Rabri Recipe)

  • Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
  • Mango (cooked) – 2
  • Sugar-3-4 tablespoons
  • Saffron – Some threads
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Disclaimed Dry Fruits – 2 TableSpoon (Almond, Pistachio)

Method (Summer Special, Mango Rabri Recipe)

  • First of all, add milk in a heavy bottom vessel and boil on medium heat. Keep cooking the milk on low flame and stirring in between so that it does not appear in the bottom.
  • When the milk remains half, add saffron thread and cardamom powder. Peel the ripe mangoes and take out the pulp and put it in the mixer and make a smooth puree.
  • When the milk becomes thick and becomes like a rabri, then add sugar to it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the gas and let the milk cool down.
  • When the milk cools down completely, then add mango puree to it and mix well. Add chopped dry fruits from above.
  • Cool the prepared Mango Rabri in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve cold-cold rabri and enjoy the taste of mangoes in summer.
