Ingredients:

300g Dark Chocolate cover

Optional: toffees, chocolate gems, candy sprinkles

Method:

Prepare the molds: Buff clean, dry molds with a soft cloth.

Temper the chocolate: Melt two-thirds over a double boiler; stir in the remaining third until smooth.

Coat and set: Brush chocolate inside the molds, set, and repeat for thickness.

Unmold: Gently release the glossy chocolate shells.

Fill and seal: Add candies inside one half, gently melt the edges, and join the halves.

Decorate: Use melted white or colored chocolate for creative designs.

Store: Keep in a cool, dry place until ready to serve.
