Material (Summer Special, Paan Kulfi Recipe)
- Full Cream Milk – 1 liter
- Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup
- Fresh betel leaves – 4 to 5 (take Gota Pan)
- Gulkand – 2 tablespoons
- Fennel – 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
- Grown sugar-2-3 tablespoons (as per taste)
- Cashew, pistachios, almonds (finely chopped) – 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Malai – 2 tablespoons (optional)
- Kulfi mold or small ax/bowl

Method (Summer Special, Paan Kulfi Recipe)
- Boil the milk on medium heat in a heavy bottom pot. Cook it until it remains about half. Keep stirring in between so that the milk does not look down.
- Wash and cut betel leaves and grind it with a little milk in a grinder with gulkand, fennel.
- When the thick milk is slightly cooled, add condensed milk, ground sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and prepared betel paste. Mix well
- Pour the mixture into kulfi mold or ax. If you want, add cream and apply a lid.
- Let the Kulfi freeze in the freezer for at least 7-8 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, keep the mold out for 1 minute or immerse it in light warm water and remove the kulfi. Serve by decorating it with gulkand or chopped dry fruits.
