Convenient facilities will be available at the city’s entry gates to welcome visitors to Ayodhya. Gate complexes are being built around the six main gateways: Jatayu, Hanuman, Garuda, Bharat, Lakshman, and Shri Ram.
Tourist facilitation hubs with facilities including food, accommodation, and parking will be located at these six primary entrance points. The Tourism Department’s proposal calls for the construction of a tourist facilitation centre on 5.76 hectares of land next to the Jatayu Gate on Ambedkar Nagar Road.
Bharat Gate (Sultanpur Road, 2.04 hectares), Hanuman Gate (Gorakhpur Road, 3.59 hectares), Lakshman Gate (Gonda Road, 4.5 hectares), Garuda Gate (Raebareli Road, 4.98 hectares), and Shri Ram Gate (Lucknow Road, 4.91 hectares) will all have similar centres built close by.
In addition to three-, two-, and low-cost hotels, these hubs will include art and craft galleries, tourist offices, and lodges. There will also include amenities including food courts, cafeterias, dining options, amphitheatres, parking on many levels, open pavilions, green areas, and restrooms.
EV charging stations and CNG and petrol pumps will be installed. Pilgrims and visitors to Ayodhya will have a better experience thanks to these easily accessible centres close to the entry gates.
