star appears to have moved on after her split from former co-star Jack Ashton. The mum-of-two looked loved up as she posed with her new boyfriend, Dan Innes, two years after things ended between her and the father of her children.

The 40-year-old actress looked blissfully happy as she shared a series of sun-soaked snaps on Instagram, showing off her blossoming romance with the 51-year-old property mogul. The couple, who reportedly began dating in January after meeting on exclusive celebrity dating app Raya, spent Easter together alongside Helen's children.

The loved-up photos featured the pair arm-in-arm with friends, as well as heartwarming moments from their holiday with Helen's two daughters, Wren Ivy and Lark, whom she shares with Ashton.

Captioning her post, Helen wrote: "A beautiful start to spring. Waters near and far... from The Thames to Tenerife. Easter moments with friends, family and finally some vitamin D (and Rosé)."

Innes, a divorced father of two and the managing director of real estate consultancy Innesco, has over two decades of experience in the property sector. Originally from North Wales, he now lives in London, close to where he and Helen enjoyed a romantic Valentine's dinner earlier this year at The Waterman's Arms in Barnes.

Sharing a snap of the actress grinning with a bottle of red wine, he joked: "Can I get this to go please? #yesyesyes."

The new relationship comes after months of speculation surrounding Helen's connection with her BBC Call the Midwife co-star Olly Rix, who played her on-screen husband, Matthew Aylward. Rumours swirled when Helen was seen leaving Rix's home last year, but the pair have since unfollowed each other on social media, indicating things have cooled.

Helen previously confirmed her split from Ashton, the father of her children and her partner of seven years, in July 2023. The pair met in 2016 while filming the show's Christmas special in South Africa, where sparks reportedly flew both on and off camera.

In July 2023, Helen told The Mirror: "Some months ago, we separated. Our two beautiful girls remain the focus, and I respectfully ask for privacy for this next chapter."
