Mushroom – 200 grams (long chopped)
Onion – 1 (in long slices)
Green chili – 1 (chopped)
Turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon
Amchur – 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
salt to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Green coriander – a little bit
How to make mushroom bhurji
1. Heat the oil in the pan and add onion and fry it lightly.
