If you want to do post-graduation from Allahabad University, then get ready. Applications for PGAT are starting from 25 April. Candidates can apply till 16 May on the official website allduniv.ac.in.
Allahabad University has released a notification for the Post Graduation Admission Test PGAT. It has been told that PGAT-1 will be conducted for traditional PG courses and PGAT-2 for non-traditional PG courses. The special thing is that PGAT will be conducted both online and offline, while PGAT-2 exam will be conducted only in online mode.
This fee will have to be paid.
According to the notification issued by Allahabad University, the fee for PGAT-1 has been kept at Rs 1000 for unreserved and EW OBC candidates, while Rs 1600 will have to be paid for PGAT-2. For SC, ST, and Divyang candidates, the fee for PGAT-1 is Rs 500 and for PGAT-2 it is Rs 800.
More than 7 thousand seats in 55 subjects
In Allahabad University, admissions will be taken on 7231 seats in 55 subjects for PG. According to Admission Director JK Prati, applicants should fill in the subject code of their choice correctly. If the wrong subject code is filled, then it cannot be changed later.
There is no quota in 4 subjects, this many reservations will be available.
According to the university, any kind of NCC weightage and sports quota will not be applicable in B.Ed, M.Ed MBA MBA. However, 15 percent reservation will be applicable for SC, 7.5 percent for ST, and 27 percent for OBC in admission. 10 percent of seats will also be reserved for EWS category candidates. There will be a five percent reservation for Divyang candidates, while sports candidates will be provided two percent reservation.
