Material for making moong dal chila:
Dhuli Moong Dal – 1 cup (4 hours soaked)
Ginger – 1 piece
Green Chilli – 1
Salt – as per taste
Green coriander
Optional: Finely chopped onion or spinach
Method of making moong dal chila
1. Grind moong dal, ginger, chilli and some water and grind (dosa -like solution).
2. Add salt and green coriander as per taste.
3. Heat the griddle, spread the cheela applying oil.
4. Bake and serve until golden.
