UGC NET 2025 June Application: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application process for the UGC NET 2025 exam (UGC NET 2025) of the June session. UGC NET 2025: Application Fee

Unreserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 1150 to appear in the UGC NET 2025 June exam. General-EWS, OBC-NCL category candidates will have to pay Rs 600 and SC, ST, and Third Gender category candidates will have to pay Rs 325. The application fee has to be paid online mode - through a credit card, debit card, or net banking.

UGC NET 2025: UGC NET 2025 Exam Pattern

The UGC NET exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode. The test paper will have two sections. Both sections will have objective-type, multiple-choice questions. Paper 1 will have 50 questions for 100 marks, while Paper 2 will have 100 questions for 200 marks. Each question will be for two marks. Each correct answer will be for two marks. There is no negative marking in this exam. Additionally, no marks will be given for unanswered questions or unattempted questions. This exam will be of three hours in total.

First of all, visit the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

On the home page, click on the link titled “UGC-NET June-2025: Click Here to Register/Login”.

Enter your credentials to register yourself and log in.

Fill out the application form with the help of the login password generated by the system.

After that pay the application fee and submit the application form.

Finally, download the confirmation page and keep a printout of it for future reference.
