JEE Main 2025: Registration for admission to BTech and PG courses in Delhi University has started. According to the notification, registration for PG courses started on Friday and registration for BTech started on Saturday. The last date for registration for both courses is 6 June 2025.
According to the brochure of Delhi University, admission in post-graduate courses will be done based on CUET PG 2025 score. Students seeking admission in PG and BTech courses of DU are advised to carefully check the relevant bulletin and Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS PG 2025-26) to know about the eligibility criteria, seat allocation process, and other admission-related guidelines. How to get admission in BTech?
Admission to BTech in Delhi University will be based on the common rank list of JEE Main 2025. JEE Main score in DU will give admission in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication, and Electrical Engineering.
Eligibility for BTech in DU
For admission in BTech in DU, one must have passed 12th (PCM) from a recognized board.
Unreserved and EWS candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks in 12th.
OBC category students should have 55% marks in the 12th.
SC/ST and Divyang candidates should have a minimum of 50% marks in 12th.
Candidates of all categories should pass the JEE Main exam.
Those who apply for supplementary in the 12th will not be able to take admission.

B.Tech fees in Delhi University
The fee for B.Tech at Delhi University is more than eight lakh rupees. In the academic session 2024-25, the fee for B.Tech is Rs 2 lakh 40 thousand per year.
Do diploma and certificate courses from DU
This year, DU's Ramjas College will start a one-year advanced diploma course in Japanese. Apart from this, the Department of Distance and Continuing Education has also got approval to start certificate courses in French, German, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese languages. Apart from other academic decisions, the council has approved the introduction of new courses in all faculties under the Undergraduate Curriculum Framework (UGCF) 2022.
