Rajasthan Monsoon 2025: According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, the weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of Rajasthan for the next one week.

Rajasthan Monsoon 2025: Kota. On one hand, there was hope of relief from pre-monsoon rains, on the other hand, the havoc of heatwave is being seen in the entire division including Kota. In the last seven days, the temperature in Kota city has risen by 7 degrees Celsius. In the last week of May, the weather became pleasant due to thunderstorms, clouds and rain. But the pre-monsoon period did not live up to expectations.

According to meteorologists, the possibility of early monsoon expressed earlier is now weakening. The effect of continuous dry weeks and heatwave is indicating that we will have to wait a little more for the monsoon.

There has been no rain in the city for the last one week, due to which the heat has knocked again. According to the Jaipur Meteorological Center, there is little chance of getting relief next week as well, rather the temperature is expected to increase by 2-4 degrees.

Heat started increasing after the rain

After 16 mm of rain was recorded on May 31, even the coolers and fans were stopped in the city, but the situation changed in seven days. As soon as the sky cleared, the strong sunlight and humid heat increased the trouble of the people. The period of heatwave started. The maximum temperature on June 5 was 38.1 degrees Celsius, which increased to 44.0 degrees Celsius on June 7. The minimum temperature also increased to 29.4 degrees Celsius.

This is how the weather will be in the future

According to Jaipur Meteorological Center, the weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of Rajasthan for the next one week. The temperature may increase by 2-4 degrees Celsius. There is a strong possibility of maximum temperature reaching 45-46 degrees Celsius and heatwave in Bikaner division and Shekhawati region during 8 to 10 June. This will also affect Kota division. There are chances of severe heat here too.
