Air travel is considered to be the safest transport medium, and the credit also goes to strict security checks to be done at the airport. Whenever an aircraft fly, before that, a variety of investigation goes through the process so that the safety of the passengers, crew and aircraft can be ensured. 1. Cleaning and Visual Inspection

After the flight is landed, the aircraft is thoroughly cleaned by the ground staff and visual examination is done to search for a suspicious object. This ensures that no danger object remains in the aircraft.

2. Control Surface and Wheel checking

The aircraft wheels, brake systems, wings and control surfaces (such as flaps, anterons) are investigated by engineers so that there is no technical disturbance at the time of take-off.

3. Fuel and liquid level testing

The quantity and quality of fuel is examined before the flight. Apart from this, it is also seen if there is any kind of oil or hydraulic leak in the engine.

4. Bomb and Explosive Scanning

The CISF and the airport security team specifically examine bombs or other explosives in the aircraft with the help of Bomb Squad. This process is done through special equipment and trend dogs.

5. Cabin and Cockpit Security Check

Cockpit equipment, emergency systems and final checking of communication devices are also done by cabin crew and pilots.

6. Passenger and luggage scanning

All the passengers and their belongings are examined with a metal detector, X-ray machine and body scanner before climbing into the aircraft.
