Lille’s move for Rangers FC striker Hamza Igamane (22) is stalling, according to a report from Sacha Tables. The clubs are reportedly finding it difficult to agree on a transfer fee, due to a gap regarding the valuation of the player.
DOGUES are currently in the market for a centre-forward after parting ways with reliable goalscorer Jonathan David, who joined Juventus upon the expiry of his Lille contract. Chuba Akpom also left the club upon the conclusion of his loan spell. He returns to his parent club AFC Ajax.
Despite the signing of Olivier Giroud, there is a big hole to fill in Lille’s attack. Igamane, who scored 16 goals last season with Rangers, has already agreed on personal terms with the Ligue 1 side. The Moroccan international centre-forward remains keen to join the Europa League-playing LOSC.
