Flual control switch at Air India’s Boeing 4-5 Dreamliner, which collapsed in Ahmedabad, was changed twice and on June 7, his breakdown of two people died. The PTI said the sources said that after the Boing’s directive in 19, the cockpit module with fuel control switch was changed twice.
This information has come to the fore when the US airline regulator and Boing said the design of fuel control switches is safe. Immediately after taking off for the London trip, the throttle control module (TCM) of the collapsed Dreamline Airline (TCM) was changed to 19 and 9. This is done on the basis of Boeing’s maintenance planning document (MPD), according to which the unit must be replaced after every 3 flight hours.
The TCM also has a flower control switch. The accident report said that immediately after the flight, the aircraft’s fuel switch went to Cutoff from RUFF. Both engines closed. So the aircraft started to come down rapidly. The pilot immediately runs again, but the plane hit the ground before the engine started.
The Aircraft Oxidant Investigation Bureau (AAIB) announced its preliminary report on Saturday. After inspecting the cockpit voice recording found from the accident site, there was a conversation between the two pilots about the fuel cutoff. The sound of a pilot comes, “Why did you cut the fuel?” The answer comes from the other side, ‘I haven’t done this.’ The AAIB report also states that the pilot turned to RUN again. But due to lack of time and height, the engine could not take the strength of the flight again.
