Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Semolina – 3 tablespoons
Potato boiled – 1
Curd – 1 cup
Onion, finely chopped – 1 tablespoon
Green cchillichopped – 2
Ginger Paste – 1/4 T Spoon
Kadhi leaves-8-10
Green coriander leaf-2-3 tablespoons
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Cut – 1/4 T Spoon
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Oil – to fry
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First of all, make small pieces of bread slices and grind them coarsely by putting them in a mixer.
Now add bread powder to a vessel and add rice flour and 3 tablespoons of semolina, and mix well.
After this, peethe l boiled potatoes and mash them well. Add mashed potatoes to the bread and mix properly.
After this, add curd, finely chopped onion and green chilli to the pot and mix. After mixing properly, add ginger paste, green coriander leaves and chopped curry leaves to the mixture.
Then add cumin, chilli and salt as per taste. If needed, prepare a soft mixture by mixing a little water.
No, we apply a little oil on the hands and make the prepared mixture a little by little. Keep the vendors on a plate and keep it aside.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add vadas and deep fry them.
Fry the bread vade and fry until its colour becomes golden and crisp.
After this, remove the bread vade to a plate. Similarly, fry all the bread vadas. Tasty bread vada is ready.
