Indore (Madhya Pradesh): The Indian Institute of Management Indore (IIM Indore) commenced the 23rd batch of its Post Graduate Programme for Working Executives (PGPMX 2025–27) at its Mumbai Campus on Saturday. This rigorous weekend MBA programme enables working professionals to advance their careers while continuing their full-time jobs. The inauguration ceremony was led by director, IIM Indore, Prof Himanshu Rai, along with, chair – PGPMX, Mit Vachhrajani.
In his inaugural address, Prof Rai emphasised the importance of inner clarity, discipline and empathy in leadership. “Be kind to yourself. Don’t compare. Live your own journey,” he advised, encouraging participants to embrace courage, develop grit and foster resilience.
He urged the batch to look beyond titles and outcomes and focus on purpose-driven, inclusive growth. “Hard work is essential, but success comes from consistency, empathy and meaningful connections,” he added.

The PGPMX 2025–27 batch comprises 24 professionals from industries like banking, pharmaceuticals, IT, telecom, education, manufacturing and media. The cohort represents designations such as AVP, project manager, consultant, senior associate and more, with an average age of 35 years and 10.81 years of work experience.
Participants hail from Maharashtra, Delhi, Gujarat, West Bengal and Chandigarh—ensuring regional and professional diversity, which will further enhance peer-to-peer learning and dynamic classroom discussions.
