New Delhi: A big announcement comes up from Audi India, which comes along with exciting news for Audi owners. Audi is set to launch a lifelong scheme which provides up to 10 years of extended warranty and 15 years of Roadside Assistance (RSA). All Audi models with different designs are eligible for this new scheme, which can provide convenience, greater reliability and lifelong value for buyers, along with eligibility criteria that both new and old car owners can avail this offer. However, it depends on the selected coverage period and the age of the vehicle.Warranty Extension PlanAudi has introduced its warranty extension plans up to 10 years for all types of Audis, along with different models and designs. Even though it contains some terms and conditions which were applied for to get warranty cover.like The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects either until the vehicle reaches 200,000 km or the warranty period ends. The customers have an option to extend the warranty during the time of purchase or before the current warranty ends; they have to choose the warranty extension between one and two years. This new extension warranty offer can be avail across the Audi India lineupRoadside Assistance (RSA). The Roadside Assistance plan is to come up with an extended warranty of 15 years, which ensures the owner’s convenience, greater reliance during their trips or at the time of some system failure in the car. The Roadside Assistance plan depends on the selected coverage period and the age of the vehicle.The price amount for the RSA packaged is between Rs 3,999 to Rs 8,000. It not only includes new car buyers but also allows existing Audi car owners to avail of this offer. Although it applies eligibility criteria for late updates on purchased cars.What covers the Roadside AssistanceWith the support of 15 years of Roadside Assistance the Audi provides you with RSA, which includes services like car towing support during accidents or breakdowns, tyre replacement, boost start support, up to 10 litres of fuel delivery (during emergency only), and providing a spare key at the time of key misplaced. The company says that for the extended repair service, the assistance should be more than 100 km from the customer’s home. They further say that they can provide hotel stays and alternate travel options for customer comfort, and the customer can also connect with them via WhatsApp.
