First of all, search 'EPFiGMS' on Google

Now go to the official website.

From here, select the 'Register Grievance' option on the homepage.

Now select your role here, such as PF Member.

If the problem is related to a claim, then enter Claim ID or select NO.

After this, you have to enter the UAN number and after filling the captcha, tap on 'Get Details'.

After doing this, you will get OTP on your mobile and email, enter it.

Now enter your address and other details as well.

After this, write your complaint in detail.

Now also upload the relevant documents related to the problem.

Finally, register your complaint by clicking on Submit.
