Indian Overseas Bank Apprentice 2025: Indian Overseas Bank has invited applications from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts of Apprentice. According to the official notification, a total of 750 posts of apprentices will be filled. The registration process has started on August 10. Interested candidates will be able to apply for this recruitment through the official website iob.in.

IOB Apprentice Eligibility: Who can apply

To apply, the candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any subject from any university recognized by the government. Also, the graduation result of the candidates registered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) should be declared between 01.04.2021 and 01.08.2025, both dates inclusive.

Selection Process: Selection Process
The selection of eligible candidates for this recruitment will be done on the basis of online examination and, wherever applicable, local language test and personal interaction (if any) as decided by the bank. Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria will not entitle a candidate to be called for online examination and personal interaction.

Questions will be asked from four subjects in the online written examination. The subjects include General/Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative and Reasoning Aptitude, and Computer or Subject Knowledge. 25-25 questions will be asked from each subject. The exam will be a total of 100 marks, for which 90 minutes will be given.

IOB Apprentice Stipend: This much will be the stipend
If selected, candidates will be given a stipend of 10,000 to 15,000. A stipend of Rs 15,000 will be given in metro cities, Rs 12,000 for urban areas, and Rs 10,000 for rural areas.

IOB Apprentice Application Fees: Application Fee
To apply, candidates belonging to the General/OBC/EWS category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 800. SC/ST/Female candidates have to pay Rs 600 as application fee, and candidates belonging to PWD category have to pay Rs 400 as application fee. Apart from this, 18% GST will also have to be paid by the candidate.
