You can simply log in with your mobile number and make many types of reports to the government through the app. Apart from complaining, you can also rate the public toilet through this app. Also, you can send your feedback to the government through the app. Not only this, you can locate SBM toilets near you through the app.

How to use the app?

It is very easy to use this app. First of all, install it by going to the Google Play Store for Android smartphones and downloading it from the Apple App Store for iPhone.

After this, you will first have to enter your mobile number. After that, enter the OTP received on your number in the box appearing on the screen and click on the submit button.

Then the app will ask you for many permissions, like notifications and location. You can permit as per your convenience and need.

After this, you will come to the home page. Now many options will come in front of you.

Now many options will come in front of you. You can complain about it by selecting Dead Animal from here. You can complain about cleaning by clicking on the option of Dutbin not cleaned.

You can complain about the garbage heap by clicking on Sweeping not Done.

As soon as you click on the option, you will have to enter the location. Then you will have to write the information. Apart from this, you will have to upload the photo for the complaint by clicking on Add Photo. Then click on Done.
