วันที่ 23 ส.ค.68 ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการกองทัพภาคที่ 2 แถลงสถานการณ์การตามแนวชายแดนไทย-กัมพูชา ประจำวันที่ 23 สิงหาคม 2568 ถึงเวลา 14.00 น.โดยมีรายละเอียด ดังนี้

สถานการณ์โดยรวม

ตรวจพบความเคลื่อนไหวทหารฝ่ายกัมพูชาในบางพื้นที่ ปัจจุบันกองกำลังทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย ยังคงวางกำลังตามแนวที่มั่นของตนเอง ฝ่ายไทยจัดกำลังพลประจำจุดเฝ้าตรวจตามเหตุการณ์ เพื่อติดตามความเคลื่อนไหวของฝ่ายตรงข้าม และเตรียมความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติตอบโต้ตามสถานการณ์

(22 ส.ค. 68) เวลา 16.00 น. ทหารฝ่ายไทยได้ตรวจพบทหารฝ่ายกัมพูชา ประมาณ 2–3 นาย คาดว่าเป็นหน่วย BHQ เนื่องจากมีการสวมหมวกทรง FAST สีดำ และได้กระทำการดักซุ่มตรวจการณ์ฝ่ายไทย บริเวณทิศตะวันตก เนิน 350 ต.บักได อ.พนมดงรัก จ.สุรินทร์ ห่างจากแนวเส้นปฏิบัติการเข้ามาฝั่งไทยประมาณ 100 เมตร จึงได้ทำการยิงเพื่อป้องกันอธิปไตย ทหารกัมพูชาได้วิ่งหลบหนีไป เมื่อมั่นใจว่าพื้นที่ปลอดภัยแล้ว จึงเข้าทำการตรวจสอบพื้นที่ หน่วยได้ตรวจพบ ทุ่นระเบิด PMN-2 บริเวณจุดที่พบทหารกัมพูชาดักซุ่ม จำนวน 1 ทุ่น หน่วยจึงได้ใช้เครื่องตรวจทุ่น ตรวจสอบพื้นที่โดยละเอียด และได้ทำเครื่องหมาย เพื่อรอรับการสนับสนุนชุดตรวจค้นทุ่นระเบิดดำเนินการต่อไป จากสถานการณ์ดังกล่าวยืนยันได้ว่า ฝ่ายกัมพูชายังคงลักลอบใช้ทุ่นระเบิดสังหารบุคคลในพื้นที่อธิปไตยของไทย ซึ่งเป็นการละเมิดข้อตกลงหยุดยิงและละเมิดสนธิสัญญาออตตาวาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทหารฝ่ายไทยยังคงติดตามสถานการณ์อย่างใกล้ชิด และพร้อมปกป้องอธิปไตยของชาติ เพื่อความสงบสุขของสถาบันชาติ ศาสน์ กษัตริย์และประชาชน

การดูแลผู้อพยพ

สนับสนุนส่วนราชการทั้งภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน และประชาชน อำนวยความสะดวกประชาชนจากพื้นที่เสี่ยงภัย ไปยังพื้นที่รวบรวมพลเรือน 8 ศูนย์ ในพื้นที่ จ.อุบลราชธานี เพิ่มขึ้น 74 คน ปัจจุบันมียอด 437 คน เนื่องจากยังมีความวิตกกังวล ทั้งนี้ทางฝ่ายปกครองได้จัดชุดรักษาความปลอดภัยหมู่บ้าน เข้าดูแลพื้นที่บ้านเรือนของพี่น้องประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทาน มณฑลทหารบกที่ 22 กำลังพลจิตอาสาพระราชทาน และประชาชนจิตอาสา ดูแลช่วยเหลือ มอบสิ่งของเครื่องใช้จำเป็น, น้ำดื่ม, ข้าวกล่อง และสอบถามความเป็นอยู่พร้อมทั้งให้กำลังใจแก่ประชาชน, ประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบาง, ผู้สูงอายุ และเด็ก ณ ศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว วัดโนนโพธิ์ ต.เมืองเดช อ.เดชอุดม จ.อุบลราชธานี

ศูนย์อำนวยการจิตอาสาพระราชทาน มณฑลทหารบกที่ 25, จิตอาสา 904, จิตอาสาพระราชทาน และ ชุดปฏิบัติการกิจการพลเรือนมณฑลทหารบกที่ 25 มอบถุงยังชีพพร้อมพบปะพูดคุยให้กำลังใจ และสอบถามถึงปัญหาต่างๆ กับประชาชน และวัด ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์ปะทะในพื้นที่ชายแดนฯ ณ ต.แนงมุด อ.กาบเชิง, ต.บักได อ.พนมดงรัก และ ต.บ้านพลวง, ต.โคกสะอาด อ.ปราสาท จ.สุรินทร์

จิตอาสาศรีสะเกษ รวมพลัง ร่วมกันเก็บทำความสะอาดอาคารร้านสะดวกซื้อ ปตท.บ้านผือ โดย หน่วยเฉพาะกิจกรมทหารพรานที่ 23, กำลังพลจิตอาสาพระราชทาน ร่วมกับศูนย์ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย เขต 13 อุบลราชธานี, ฝ่ายปกครอง อ.กันทรลักษ์ และประชาชนจิตอาสา อ.กันทรลักษ์ จ.ศรีสะเกษ ปัจจุบันอยู่ระหว่างขั้นตอนการปรับปรุง ฟื้นฟู ให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิมโดยเร็วที่สุด

แจ้งเตือนประชาชน

ขอให้พี่น้องประชาชนรับข้อมูลข่าวสารอย่างมีวิจารณญาณ โดยให้ติดตามข้อมูลจากช่องทางอย่างเป็นทางการ ของหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโดยตรงต่อสถานการณ์ และหน่วยงานความมั่นคงในพื้นที่ ซึ่งสามารถตรวจสอบและยืนยันข้อเท็จจริงได้อย่างถูกต้องและทันต่อเหตุการณ์

Update on the Thailand–Cambodia Border Situation

Overall Situation

The 2nd Army Area has observed movements of Cambodian troops in certain areas. Both Thai and Cambodian forces remain stationed at their respective positions. Thai troops continue to man observation posts to monitor developments and maintain readiness to respond if required.

On 22 August 2025 at 16:00 hrs, Thai troops encountered 2–3 Cambodian soldiers, believed to be a special unit wearing black FAST helmets, secretly positioned west of Hill 350, Bak Dai Subdistrict, Phanom Dong Rak District, Surin Province — about 100 meters inside Thai territory. Thai forces responded with defensive fire to protect sovereignty, forcing the Cambodian soldiers to retreat.

After securing the area, the unit conducted a search and discovered one PMN-2 anti-personnel mine planted at the ambush site. The area was carefully checked with mine detectors and marked, pending clearance by a specialized demining team. This incident shows that Cambodian forces continue to illegally use landmines in Thai territory, violating both the ceasefire agreement and the Ottawa Treaty. The Royal Thai Army will continue to closely monitor the situation and stands ready to defend national sovereignty to ensure peace and safety for the Nation, Religion, Monarchy, and the People.

Support for Evacuees

Government agencies, the private sector, and local communities are working together to assist people from risk areas by relocating them to eight civilian shelters in Ubon Ratchathani Province. An additional 74 people have been relocated, bringing the total to 437 evacuees.

Royal Volunteer Activities

The Royal Volunteer Center, 22nd Military Circle, together with Royal Volunteer soldiers and civilian volunteers, provided essential supplies, drinking water, and meal boxes, while also offering encouragement to vulnerable groups, the elderly, and children at the temporary shelter in Wat Non Pho, Det Udom district, Ubon Ratchathani province.

The Royal Volunteer Center, 25th Military Circle, along with Volunteer 904 units, Royal Volunteers, and Civil Affairs teams, distributed relief packages and extended support to residents and temples affected by recent clashes in Nang Mut subdistrict, Kap Choeng district; Bak Dai subdistrict, Phanom Dong Rak district; and Ban Phluang and Khok Sa-at subdistricts, Prasat district, Surin province.

In Si Sa Ket province, Royal Volunteers joined Task Force 23rd Ranger Regiment, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office Region 13 (Ubon Ratchathani), local authorities, and community volunteers in cleaning and restoring a damaged convenience store at PTT Ban Phue. Restoration efforts are ongoing to return the site to normal condition as quickly as possible.
