TVS Motor Company has officially confirmed the launch of its new Ntorq 150 scooter on September 4, 2025. Ahead of its debut, the company released a teaser revealing the scooter’s front fascia, featuring a quad-LED headlamp cluster with a new T-shaped housing. While the design will resemble the existing Ntorq 125, the 150cc variant is expected to carry key upgrades.
What’s New in the Ntorq 150?To differentiate it from the 125cc version, TVS may introduce larger wheels and subtle styling enhancements. The scooter is also expected to feature a fully digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth connectivity and a single-channel ABS system for improved safety.
Although TVS has not disclosed engine specifications yet, industry reports suggest the Ntorq 150 will house an all-new engine. Once launched, it will directly compete with the Hero Zoom 160 and Yamaha Aerox 155. The expected starting price is around Rs 1.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
TVS Orbiter Joins the LineupMeanwhile, TVS recently expanded its EV portfolio by launching the TVS Orbiter, priced at Rs 99,900. Positioned against the Ather Rizta, the Orbiter comes with a 3.1kWh battery pack and an electric motor that deliver a 158 km range.
It is equipped with connected technology, the TVS Smart Zonnect app, OTA updates, turn-by-turn navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, a digital instrument cluster, USB charging, and more.
The Orbiter rides on 14-inch front and 12-inch rear alloy wheels with low rolling resistance tyres, has a 165 mm ground clearance, and offers a generous 34-litre under-seat storage. Styling highlights include LED lighting all around, a compact windscreen, wide handlebar, straight-line footboard, and six colour options: Martian Copper, Lunar Grey, Stratos Blue, Cosmic Titanium, Neon Sunburst, and Stellar Silver.
