Delhi: With over a dozen public events scheduled over the next three days, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta traveled to Patna to strengthen the NDA’s campaign for the Bihar Assembly elections, according to a BJP leader.

In Bihar, the first round of voting is set for November 6 and the second on November 11. On November 14, the results will be announced.
“Over the next three days, the Chief Minister will campaign in support of NDA candidates across the state,” the Chief Minister’s Office stated in a statement.
Senior Bharatiya Janata Party officials, leaders of affiliated parties, as well as party candidates and employees, will accompany her. The Chief Minister will participate in roadshows in addition to public gatherings,” it said.
It is being called a high-intensity tour, and this would be Chief Minister Gupta’s third trip to Bihar for electoral campaigning. She will speak at rallies in 12 to 15 seats over the course of three days, including places where voting is planned on November 6 and November 11, according to the statement.
On November 4, the Chief Minister will undertake roadshows, public gatherings, and electoral rallies in a number of seats, including Siwan, Barharia, Baikunthpur, and the surrounding districts, as part of the three-day campaign.
The seats of Gaura Bauram, Arwal, Gaya City, and Aurangabad will be covered by her campaign on November 5.
She will speak at rallies in the seats of Bhagalpur, Warisaliganj, Hisua, and Dinara on November 6.
On the evening of November 6, the Chief Minister is anticipated to return to New Delhi.
The Chief Minister’s itinerary for Bihar was announced on the same day that BJP President J.P. Nadda presided over a gathering of the party’s general secretaries in Delhi.
Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Lalu Prasad Yadav and his wife Rabri Devi were the target of a scathing assault by Union Home Minister Amit Shah earlier at a campaign rally. He blamed their 15-year reign for the lawlessness that forced the closure of Bihar’s sugar mills and businesses.
He gave Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar credit for bringing peace and order back and allowing the state to grow.
“Bihar experienced a period of horror and anarchy under the leadership of Lalu and Rabri. Extortion caused our sugar factory to close. He said that Nitish Kumar had put an end to the reign of terror and made way for progress.
Reiterating a pledge he had made previously in Riga, Union Minister Shah said that the Riga sugar factory, which is already functioning, would merely be the beginning. In order to increase the prosperity of sugarcane farmers, he promised that the Center’s cooperative department will endeavor to revive all of Bihar’s shuttered sugar mills.
