100 grams cheese
Green chilly
finely chopped onion
finely chopped coriander
Cumin
salt as per taste

chilli powder

wheat flour
First of all grate the cheese. After this add cumin, celery, finely chopped green chillies, green coriander and onion.
Now add wheat flour directly to this mixture. Keep in mind that the quantity of flour and cheese should be in balance, so that the taste of one does not appear excessive. Add salt, mix well and make a thin batter-consistency like cheela by adding water.
Heat the pan and spread the batter in a round shape. Add some oil from the side, cover it and cook on low flame for 2 minutes. As soon as it starts separating from the pan, turn it and cook it by pressing it well so that it gets cooked properly from inside.
