Many small and big mistakes in our everyday life often become the cause of major diseases. Many times we unknowingly adopt such habits which can be dangerous for health. It reduces the body’s immunity and can take the form of serious diseases.
Weak immunity can be caused by wrong lifestyle, not taking proper diet and lack of physical exercise. For this reason, the risk of diseases like influenza and pneumonia is making millions of people victims every year. In which everyone from children to adults become victims.
Most of the people work sitting at one place for hours and many types of diseases start developing in their body. Due to which the body starts looking old before time. There can be two reasons for this, firstly not doing physical activity and secondly lack of nutrition in food.
Obesity is a problem that plagues a large number of the world’s population. Although obesity is not a disease, it causes many diseases. This can cause problems like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, gall bladder problems, heart attack, sleep apnea.
Tobacco addiction is also a major cause of untimely death and diseases. Every year lakhs of lives are lost due to this bad habit. Consumption of tobacco in any form like gutkha, beedi, cigarette, alcohol etc. hollows the body from inside.
Due to increasing pollution and deteriorating air quality, every year lakhs of people fall ill due to respiratory problems in some way or the other. Apart from breathing, people living in places where there is lack of oxygen in the air also suffer from brain and sleep diseases.
Looking at mobile or laptop for a long time weakens the eyes. This also affects sleep and increases mental stress. This habit can gradually give rise to lifestyle diseases like migraine, anxiety, insomnia.
Most of the people are not aware about their health due to which they suffer from many diseases before time. Due to lack of regular health checkups, many problems start occurring at an early age.
