Wynn Al Marjan Island is now one spire short of becoming the tallest man-made structure in Ras Al Khaimah, after developers confirmed the project has reached its topping-out milestone.

Wynn Resorts and Marjan said the main tower has risen to 283 metres across 70 floors, achieving its highest structural concrete point 27 months after foundation works began. Once the spire is installed in 2026, the building will reach its full architectural height of 352 metres, making it the tallest structure in the Northern Emirate.

The integrated resort remains on track for a Spring 2027 opening. All 1,530 guest accommodations have reached full structural completion, with interior fit-outs under way across 1,504 rooms and suites. Facade installation on the tower is 79 per cent complete, while surrounding low-rise buildings have achieved 99 per cent structural completion, marking the project’s transition into the full interior build-out phase.

“Standing at 352 metres and, as the highest building in the Northern Emirates, Wynn Al Marjan Island is reshaping the skyline of Ras Al Khaimah and anchors a destination designed for guests who expect the very best,” said Max Tappeiner, president of Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Spread across more than 60 hectares, Wynn Al Marjan Island will feature 1,217 resort rooms, 297 enclave suites, two royal apartments, four garden townhomes and 10 marina estates. Planned amenities include 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a beach club, spa and retail precinct, multiple event venues, 12 pools, a 420-metre beachfront and a deep-water marina.

Key construction milestones include the completion of the tower’s structural concrete frame, nearly 439,000 cubic metres of concrete poured, 79 per cent of facade panels installed, and the creation of more than 18,000 construction jobs. The project is being delivered by ALEC Holdings.

In parallel, Wynn Resorts and Marjan said work is progressing on their second joint venture, Janu Al Marjan Island, announced in November 2025, which will bring Aman Group’s sister brand, Janu, to Ras Al Khaimah with an opening planned for late 2028.
