In Madhya Pradesh, the government is strict regarding the sale of fertilizer and its quality, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has instructed the officials to keep a special vigil, following the instructions of the government, the administration teams are raiding the fertilizer sellers in the districts and taking strict action, in this sequence, the Gwalior district administration has canceled the license of a fertilizer seller.
In order to provide standard and quality fertilizers (chemical fertilizers) to the farmers of Gwalior district, samples are being continuously taken from various fertilizer shops and tested in the laboratory. In this context, the fertilizer sales authorization letter issued in the name of proprietor Arvind Sharma has been canceled after the samples taken from M/s Chhaya Krishi Seva Kendra located at Kalyanpur Tiraha Pichor Road Dabra were found to be non-standard.
On the instructions of Collector Ruchika Chauhan, samples were taken after examining this fertilizer store. Under the control order and rules to storage and sale of fertilizers, action has been taken to cancel the sales authorization letter by Deputy Director Farmer Welfare and Agriculture Development Ranveer Singh Jatav.
Deputy Director Agriculture said that in the month of September, samples of fertilizer were taken from this firm and tested in the laboratory. During investigation, the fertilizer sample was found to be non-standard. In this regard, the seller M/s Chhaya Krishi Seva Kendra was given full opportunity to be heard. After this, due action has been taken.
