Shares of Elitecon International are on investors radar on Monday December 29 2025 as the company said in its latest exchange filing that in the meeting of the Board of Directors the board considered several important proposals and approved them. This includes the decision to increase the borrowing limit of the company to ₹500 crore under Section 180(1)(C) of the Companies Act 2013. Apart from this making investments granting loans providing guarantees and security beyond the limits prescribed under Section 186 of the Companies Act were also approved with the permission of the shareholders. Also Akash Goyal Proprietor G Akash & Associates Company Secretaries was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the ensuing EGM. Further cut-off dates have also been fixed for sending notice of EGM and deciding the shareholders eligible to vote. The stock started the trading session in the red at Rs 102.79 against the previous close of Rs 104.70 on the BSE. It later touched an intraday high and low of Rs 104.70 and 99.47 respectively. The company recently announced in a filing that it has secured a long-term supply contract from Yuvi International Trade FZE. Under this contract the company will supply cigarettes premix shisha hookah tobacco smoking mixtures and other tobacco-related products for the next two years. The total value of this order is approximately US$97.35 million (approximately ₹8.75 billion). According to the filing this order will provide the company with export stability ensure better factory capacity utilisation and assist in operational planning. The company stated in its filing that this order will further strengthen its presence in the Middle East markets. Elitecon International Ltd. manufactures tobacco products.
