Yogi Adityanath: Actor-writer Kamaal R Khan, better known by his stage as KRK, has been involved in a controversy once again after sharing a fake remark that he claimed was from Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Khan posted a phony snapshot of a newspaper item including a picture of Adityanath on X (previously Twitter).According to the phony screenshot, Adityanath said, “We will still form the government even if we don’t get the votes of Muslims, Dalits, and Yadavs.” KRK also commented on the Election Commission of India (ECI) after sharing the post.
The film reviewer apologized once it was discovered that the information had been altered and faked.I’m sorry, CM Yogi Adityanath, for posting a non-original post. After a few minutes, I realized the post was not original, so I removed it. I swear to use caution going forward. “Thank you!” Khan wrote on X, tagging Adityanath and his workplace.
In his tweet, he also tagged the Director General of Police (DGP) of Uttar Pradesh and the Uttar Pradesh Police.
A formal complaint was filed against KRK.
A first information report (FIR) has been filed against KRK at the Hazartganj police station in Lucknow, notwithstanding his apology and deletion of the phony post. Rajkumar Tiwari of the Narahi neighborhood of Lucknow filed a complaint, which led to the filing of the FIR.
Tiwari said that by posting a phony post against Adityanath, KRK had offended the Hindu community and attempted to damage the Uttar Pradesh government’s reputation. “Using a fictitious newspaper clipping, a false and fraudulent statement was attributed to Maharaj ji (Yogi Adityanath).” It is an unacceptable effort to damage his reputation. According to Tiwari’s complaint, this has infuriated the Hindu community.
