Materials:

  • Cabbage
  • Millet flour
  • Green chillies
  • Red chillies
  • Turmeric
  • salt
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Besan
  • Coneflower
  • Oil
  • salt
  • Black pepper powder

Action:

  • To make cabbage thalipeeth, wash and finely chop the cabbage. Then add salt to the cabbage and keep it for some time. This will remove excess water from the cabbage.
  • In a large bowl add cabbage, coriander, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder, gram flour, cornflour, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • After mixing the prepared dough properly, keep it for some time.
  • To make thalipeeth, wet a cotton cloth and take a ball of flour on it and gently make thalipeeth. Put the prepared Thalipeeth on a hot griddle for roasting.
