What are the required qualifications?
For the Assistant Manager (Technical) position, candidates must have a graduate engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a government undertaking. For the Law Assistant Manager position, a LLB degree with a minimum of 60% marks and 2 years of experience is required, or 3 years of practice at the Bar. LLM candidates can also apply without any experience.
A minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 40 years is required, along with the educational qualification. Age will be calculated as of December 1, 2025. Candidates belonging to reserved categories will also receive age relaxation as per the rules. SC, ST, Backward Class, and MBC male candidates from Rajasthan will receive a 5-year relaxation, and women will receive a 10-year relaxation. Therefore, these candidates can apply up to 50 years of age. Additionally, General/EWS female candidates and internal employees of the company will receive a 5-year relaxation.
