Ekavali Khanna On Ikkis: As this year has started in Bollywood, many war based films have increased people's excitement, one of them is 'Ikkis'. Some discussions had become heated recently regarding the film. Actually, the reason for this is that some people on social media alleged that this film shows the pro-Pakistan side, but now its lead actress Ekavali Khanna has responded to these allegations in a very strict manner.
Ekavali Khanna has played the role of 'Mariam' in the film, which Jaideep Ahlawat She is the character's wife. Recently he told that he has considered all the allegations of calling the film propaganda as wrong. He has clarified in his statement that 'Ikkis' does not take sides of any country, rather it is a film based on humanity, which shows the emotional impact of war and human relationships. Ekavali said that 'Ikkis' is an anti-war film.
The actress told that the real objective of the film is to show the loss, pain and impact of war on humans. He said that this is a pro-humanity film, not pro-Pakistan. He also said that some people want to say that the film shows Pakistan in a positive light, but what the film wants to bring before the people is something else. 'Ikkis' is also a heart-touching story of father-son relationship. Arun Khetarpal sacrificed his life at the age of 21, then how can it be called a pro-Pakistani film? Therefore, I find these allegations a bit absurd and I do not want to give them much importance.
