A troubling incident has surfaced in a district of Uttar Pradesh, casting a shadow over the police department. A woman, who is already a victim of a sexual assault case, has leveled serious accusations against a police constable. According to her, the officer summoned her to a hotel and pressured her into a sexual encounter. Furthermore, he allegedly tempted her with new clothes for Eid and threatened her by saying, 'You will see my dead face' if she refused.

The victim claims she has been fighting for justice in her previous case when she encountered the constable at the police station, who assured her of assistance. Allegedly, he began communicating with her over the phone under the guise of showing sympathy, gradually steering the conversation towards personal matters.

After some time, the constable invited her to meet at a hotel. When she declined, he reportedly pressured her by stating that her case would weaken if she did not comply. The victim asserts that he also offered to provide her with financial support and Eid clothing to persuade her to meet him.

She further revealed that the constable threatened her, warning that if she disclosed anything to anyone, he would tarnish her reputation. During their conversations, he allegedly stated, 'You will see my dead face,' instilling fear in her and prompting her to report the matter to higher authorities.

Following the complaint, there was a significant stir within the police department. Officials have promptly ordered an investigation, which includes examining mobile chats and call records. Senior police officials have stated that if the allegations are substantiated, strict action will be taken against the constable.

The incident has sparked outrage among local residents, who express concern that if the police, responsible for public safety, become embroiled in such allegations, it erodes the trust of the community.

Currently, a departmental inquiry has been initiated based on the victim's complaint, and discussions are underway regarding the suspension of the accused constable. Officials have indicated that legal actions will follow upon the completion of the investigation.
